Gingerbread Remineralizing Tooth Powder

 

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Calcium Carbonate

2 Tbsp Bentonite Clay

1/2 Cup Baking Soda

1/4 Cup Fine Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Xylitol

1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon peppermint essential oil

 

Directions:

Whisk together everything but the essential oil. Next add the essential oil then gently stir until well combined and no longer “wet” from the oil.

Makes approx. 1 cup (8 ounces). Divide into 2 ounce containers with a large opening.

Moisten toothbrush then place the brush into the powder and brush your teeth as you normally would. Rinse and spit (do no swallow).

*You will want each person to have their own tooth powder container.
